IT Business Analyst Duties:
- Underwrite, develop, and maintain information technology (IT) systems, including infrastructure, network, and software systems
- Design, develop, analyze, and test software applications
- Provide operational support for network, server, and desktop systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and processes
- Assist with disaster recovery and recovery plans
- Research, design, implement, and maintain hardware and software applications
- Monitor network performance, security, and availability
- Participate in designing and implementing disaster recovery plans
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and vendors
- Assist in IT strategic planning
- Develop and maintain documentation
