We’re looking for Key Account Specialist to help manage and grow relationships with our most important customers. Key Account Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction, developing and executing account plans, and managing account teams.
Key Account Specialist Duties:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
- Promote company services, products, and opportunities to key accounts
- Identify and develop relationships and collaborate with key account contacts
- Set up and maintain customer channels
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Develop and oversee project management
- Keep abreast of developments in territory, industry, and competitive activities

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
- 2+ years’ proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales management
- Strong customer service skills
