- Oversee marketing, leasing, and management of commercial properties
- Conduct property tours, negotiate leases, and oversee tenant move-in or move-out
- Conduct post move-in inspections and provide 24/7 emergency service
- Conduct regular property inspections, and review and approve work orders
- Create operating budgets, and review and respond to tenant complaints
- Make recommendations to improve property financials and ROI
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to fulfill projects
- Oversee maintenance and repair of common areas and tenant spaces, including routine inspections
Requirements And Skills:
- 3+ years’ proven experience in property management, real estate sales, or leasing; experience in affordable housing, multi-family housing, senior living, or commercial office a plus
- Thorough knowledge of property management software
