Marketing Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations, account management, direct and digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans

- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and industry studies
- Coordinate with technology developers, data scientists, and analysts to develop, test, and iterate on marketing databases, tools, and applications
- Manage the Property Portal, including setup, maintenance, and maintenance of Unit Availability Calendar and VIP Discount Tracking
- Manage the e-mail marketing platform, including setup, maintenance, and analysis of campaign results
- Write technical documentation for API integration and testing
- Support team leaders and managers with campaign analytics
- Setup, run, and analyze weekly and monthly reports for marketing efforts and campaigns
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis projects
