Job Brief:
We’re looking for a Master Scheduler who can help us keep track of our appointments and make sure that we’re always on time.
Master Scheduler Duties:
- Manage all phases of work scheduling including preconstruction, estimating, coordinating, scheduling, and measuring
- Create and maintain company projects, budgets, schedules, and schedules of construction activities
- Research, evaluate and develop efficient scheduling methods
- Manage, monitor and assist in evaluating work progress
- Oversee and supervise the work of scheduling team members
- Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and discipline of the scheduling team
- Monitor and direct all scheduling activities on site
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Conduct performance reviews of assigned scheduling staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners
- Oversee and supervise scheduling team
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Develop master schedule from project schedules and build out plans, ensuring coordination among project participants and adherence to project goals
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in project management and scheduling
- Prior experience in planning, managing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft
