We’re looking for a Medical Office Assistant to help us keep our medical office running smoothly. This person will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from answering phones and scheduling appointments to handling insurance paperwork and coding medical records. Medical Office Assistant Duties:
- Accomplish administrative tasks for physicians, nurses, and other personnel

Medical Office Assistant Responsibilities:

- 2+ years’ proven experience in an allied health or medical office setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
