We’re looking for Operations Analyst to join our team and help us streamline our operations. As our Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting analysis of our current operations and identifying areas for improvement. Operations Analyst Duties:

  • Develop and carry out statistical studies of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business operations

  • Perform market analysis and forecasting
  • Understand key business concepts, principles, and practices, and assess their applicability to the organization
  • Conduct research and organize information to provide key intelligence on the state of business operations

Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Work as a liaison between SOW and Construction, providing support with contract issues, scheduling, and material management
  • Assist with product and building specifications
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, and coordinate order processing and delivery
  • Manage supplier and logistics inventory
  • Maintain accounting systems

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • 1+ year’s experience in operations management or analysis
  • Strong technical acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools, principles, and practices
  • Knowledge of project management processes and software
