We’re looking for an Operations Research Analyst to join our team. The Operations Research Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and developing models to support decision making in a variety of areas including but not limited to: transportation, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing. The position will work closely with other analysts and decision makers to understand business problems and develop solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Operations Research Analyst Duties:
- Research and formulate solutions to business problems by applying mathematical, statistical, and quantitative methods
- Identify, collect, and analyze data in order to develop predictive models
- Verify results using statistical methods
- Communicate findings to decision makers
- Submit reports, data, and reports
- Develop and implement testing plans to evaluate effectiveness of solutions
