Job Brief:

We’re looking for an experienced Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, and have a positive attitude. If you are a self-starter and have a desire to learn, we want you on our team!

Order Picker Duties:

• Inspires employees and takes accountability for their work
• Fulfills orders using hand truck
• Picks items from shelves, racks, or bins
• Troubleshoots problems
• Work well with others

Order Picker Responsibilities:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Previous retail/grocery experience preferred

Requirements And Skills:

• Assist with picking orders and stocking warehouse items
• Maintain product levels and inventory accuracy
• Pick and pack orders from production inventory and process inventory transactions in warehouse management system
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Assist with facility maintenance
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
