An Outreach and Partnerships Manager (OPM) is responsible for reaching out to schools, organizations, and individuals.

We’re looking for an experienced Outreach and Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our partners, as well as overseeing outreach initiatives. Outreach and Partnerships Manager Duties:
- Develop, maintain, and expand existing business relationships with schools and government entities
- Establish and maintain key relationships in schools and school districts
- Establish and expand existing relationships with government agencies
- Establish and maintain key relationships with charter schools and other agencies
- Identify, foster, and create new opportunities through networking
- Maintain effective record-keeping and documentation
Outreach and Partnerships Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for increasing client loyalty and satisfaction through increased communication, employee retention, and recognition, and proactively identifying client needs and working to meet them
- Develop and manage client-facing contact lists, including call lists, email databases, and social media channels, to identify potential opportunities and build relationships with clients
- Provide support to job seekers and employers to ensure excellent client experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and satisfaction
- Recommend and implement marketing strategies, including email broadcasts, event attendance, digital advertising, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal government agencies
- Conduct regular market research to identify changes in demographics, client preferences, and new industry developments
- Attend and participate in industry events
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in outreach and partnerships
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent relationship building ability, including the ability to cultivate professional partnerships with internal and external contacts
- Knowledge of Adobe
