We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for administering payroll for our employees. This includes processing payroll, calculating employee deductions, and preparing payroll reports. The Payroll Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Payroll Administrator Duties:
- Maintain records of employees’ wages, taxes, and benefits
- Obtain, prepare, and issue wage statements
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal and job data
- Maintain payroll financial records
- Establish, maintain, and enforce payroll policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
- Maintain all records for state and federal tax compliance
Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:
