Job Brief:
We’re looking for a personal executive assistant to work with us closely on a variety of tasks. This person must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Personal Executive Assistant Duties:
- Maintain effective working relationships with all company managers
- Assist with association planning and events
- Act as primary liaison to government, the business community, and other groups
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all company management activities
- Establish and maintain communication/coordination procedures with other departments
- Provide administrative and clerical support to company managers and staff
Personal Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager/Owner with business development, business operations, consulting, speaking engagements, and other projects as needed
- Manage the General Manager’s schedule, including travel, appointments, and other tasks
- Handle communications, including email, phone, and texts
- Handle travel arrangements, including reservations, airfare, and ground transportation
- Handle reservations and scheduling for meetings and events
- Set up and maintain all financial and business records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee benefit records, and payroll
- Prepare personal expenses for reimbursement by the General Manager(Owner)
- Establish and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and partners
- Other duties as assigned
