We’re looking for a Plant Manager who can help us improve our production line. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a production line and will be able to work with our team to improve efficiency.

Plant Manager Duties:

• Oversee all organizational aspects related to a specific plant’s operation, including facilities and equipment
• Manage a team of managers, supervisors, and other employees to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a safe work environment for employees and ensure that all regulations are followed
• Brainstorm ideas for improving operations
• Maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
