We’re looking for a Prison Warden to lead and manage our prison facility. The Warden will be responsible for the safety and security of the prisoners and staff, as well as the day-to-day operations of the prison. Prison Warden Duties:
- Maintain safety within the correctional facility by establishing safety policies, creating safety campaigns, and enforcing safety rules
- Provide leadership and direction to correctional staff
- Oversee all property, grounds, and upkeep of the facility
- Ensure that facilities and equipment are well maintained
- Oversee continuing education of correctional staff

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law, or related field
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience as a prison or jail warden or deputy warden
- Knowledge of state and federal laws governing corrections and incarceration
- Knowledge of correctional human resource management
- Knowledge of training and experience requirements for corrections
