Production Assistant Duties:
- Assist the production manager in scheduling and overseeing day to day activities
- Assist the production team with tracking production schedules
- Assist the production team in problem solving
Production Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing of plexiglass, paint, and resin by operating machinery, applying materials to surfaces, and completing quality control inspections
- Maintain daily logs and reports related to production activities
- Monitor temperatures and humidity in working areas
- Clean work area and equipment using industrial cleaning methods
- Assist in the packing and shipping of products
- Perform other duties directly related to production as needed
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience in production operations
- Experience with assembling and completing electronics and/or mechanical products
- Knowledge of production and assembly processes
- Knowledge of inventory control methods
- Ability to plan work operations
