Property Consultant Duties:

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field
• 5+ years’ proven experience in real estate sales or property management
• Experience in leasing, marketing, and tenant/landlord representation
• Strong knowledge of local zoning, real estate practices, and market conditions
