A quality engineer is an individual who is responsible for analyzing and reviewing the quality of a product and/or service.

Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who can help us improve our products and maintain high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and engineering, and will be able to work with our team to improve our processes.

Quality Engineer Duties:

• Ensure that all projects meet quality standards
• Maintain all quality control and quality assurance protocols
• Track and implement best practices
• Research, implement, and maintain quality control protocols
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Expand knowledge base to ensure quality efficiency
• Implement new tools and practices to achieve maximum output
• Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in quality
• Assist in training and development programs
• Provide regular reports to management

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

• Maintain project quality by reviewing and analyzing documents and data; implementing and overseeing quality assurance and quality control systems, and auditing project performance
• Evaluate and document construction documents, specifications, and project plans
• Maintain records of all communications and correspondence, including scheduling, scheduling changes, revisions, and changes orders
• Perform field inspections, investigate problems, and evaluate findings
• Make recommendations for corrective actions and implement changes
• Provide daily reports to project managers
• Record, track, and report defects and incidents

Requirements And Skills:

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control role
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain quality plans
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
