Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Realtor to help us sell our house.

Realtor Duties:

• Communicate clearly with clients and clients’ agents to accomplish client objectives with professionalism, courtesy, and respect
• Preparing client reports including transaction analysis and progress reports
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate activity, including sales, rentals, and development
• Conducting market research including inspections and property appraisals
• Developing marketing strategies
• Communicating with clients, sellers, buyers, and agents on a regular basis
• Performing all activities and duties in accordance with company policies

Realtor Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of residential real estate experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or the equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of area
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage products
• Extensive knowledge of industry and products
