Researcher Duties:

• Review key competitors’ websites and social media accounts
• Evaluate consumer preferences

• Analyze customer needs and behavior
• Follow up with customers
• Communicate project status, results, and action plans

Researcher Responsibilities:

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and Excel
• Experience with SPSS, STATA, R, or other statistical software
• Develops analytical techniques, gathers and analyzes data, and interprets results
• Builds behavioral models and uses them
