Senior Solutions Architect Duties

• -Assists in the identification of solutions for clients, partners, and prospects; explores and recommends information technology solutions
• -Supports cloud computing and other technology platforms
• -Researches and recommends new and emerging technology
• -Reviews and evaluates new and existing technology
• -Develops, implements, and maintains projects related to technology and applications
• -Provides support and training for current systems
• -Liaises with vendors and vendors’ client counterparts to meet project goals and objectives
• -Creates and provides training programs for users
• -Develops, maintains, and maintains projects related to technology and applications
• -Provides support and training for current systems
• -Makes recommendations for changes in existing systems and develops system workarounds and fixes
• -Stays abreast of new technology and applications; uses these skills to recommend and provide solutions for clients, partners, and prospects
• -Works beyond normal office duties

Senior Solutions Architect Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint and other custom applications, solutions, and sites to meet business requirements
• Develop technical solutions including user interfaces, workflow, business applications, integrations, and databases to meet business requirements
• Work closely with functional, business, and project teams to determine business requirements, design and deploy solutions, and monitor progress against timelines
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot custom applications
• Provide guidance and assistance to others on technology-related problems
• Integrate custom applications with other applications within SharePoint
• Establish and maintain data standards and best practices across SharePoint
• Create training material to document knowledge and best practices
• Document current and new solutions, processes, and systems to ensure future use
• Research, recommend, and implement new technologies
• Follow up on problems and resolutions with internal and external customers
• Update solution documentation with new features, enhancements

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical lead role
• Strong technical background in networking, network management, or storage
• Creative thinker, solution-oriented, and able to lead teams
• Experience with Cisco technology,
