Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support to field operations teams, including installation, operation and maintenance of technical system components
- Develop, prepare, and present training material, including presentation materials, videos, and Telepresence
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure proper service levels
Requirements And Skills:
- 5+ years experience managing IT projects, specifically in SharePoint or SAP
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of network architecture, security, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
