Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Success Coach to help us achieve our goals. This person will be responsible for helping us develop and implement a plan to reach our targets. They will need to be knowledgeable in a variety of areas, including goal setting, time management, and effective communication.

Success Coach Duties:

  • Company by implementing strategies that lead to increased human capital and organizational effectiveness.

  • Oversee all tasks to check they are in compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Managing all tasks of Human Resources department.
  • Oversee all tasks of job training department.

Success Coach Responsibilities:

  • Coach new employees through their first 90 days, creating development plans based on each team member’s strengths.
  • Create quarterly performance reviews based on internal standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Assist with employee inquiries, including vacation requests and benefits.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in behavioral science, business, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen effectively and actively advocate for clients; ability to naturally foster strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems.
