We’re looking for a Success Coach to help us achieve our goals. This person will be responsible for helping us develop and implement a plan to reach our targets. They will need to be knowledgeable in a variety of areas, including goal setting, time management, and effective communication.
Success Coach Duties:

Success Coach Responsibilities:
- Coach new employees through their first 90 days, creating development plans based on each team member’s strengths.
- Create quarterly performance reviews based on internal standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews are conducted in a timely manner.
- Assist with employee inquiries, including vacation requests and benefits.
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in behavioral science, business, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to listen effectively and actively advocate for clients; ability to naturally foster strong relationships.
