Supply Chain Manager Duties:
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective supply chain program to ensure all materials, tools, and equipment required to meet production needs are available
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service
- Identify and tackle problematic issues with efficiency
- Establish and maintain effective relationships to foster productive cooperation between all departments
- Develop and administer systems to track inventory levels, usage, and production

Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain procedures for purchasing materials, managing inventory, and holding cost targets, and monitor vendors to ensure quality is not compromised
- Manage purchasing, inventory management, and logistics processes, and handle incoming shipments

- Manage the quality assurance, safety, and security of shipping and receiving
- Develop and implement annual cost saving and quality improvement plans

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or other related field
- 2+ years of experience managing or assisting in supply chain management
- Knowledge of the relevant practices and procedures of the distribution, warehouse, materials management or procurement
