Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can help us with our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, software development, and team management. They will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that deadlines are met, and working with the team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Technical Project Manager Duties:

• Manage large, complex, and multi-faceted projects, consulting with all levels of management to develop and implement plans that will result in successful project completion
• Direct and direct the implementation of construction plans and strategies
• Supervise and delegate tasks to various project team members
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all project stakeholders
• Actively seek ways to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify, minimize, and resolve potential construction issues

Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of Project Managers, Technical Managers, and Supervisors
• Create, implement, and maintain technical project plans
• Approve tasks, schedules, budgets, and reports and independently assist in problem solving
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and staffing; delegate work assignments to team members and monitor progress
• Work with the operations team to ensure project readiness
• Create and document standard operating procedures and process descriptions
• Assist in recruiting and hiring new employees, training, and evaluating performance
• Oversee the scheduling of materials and equipment

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 2+ years’ proven experience managing projects in a software development environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Proven project management
