Job Brief:

We’re looking for Technical Trainer to help our team expand their skills and knowledge. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for providing training and development opportunities for our team members. This includes identifying training needs, developing training plans, and delivering training. The Technical Trainer will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training and making improvements as needed.

Technical Trainer Duties:

• Provide on-site training, preparing manuals, and conducting courses for whole teams
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate training seminars
• Evaluate and document training materials
• Provide feedback to employees for improvement

Technical Trainer Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver technical training courses
• Analyze needs and preferences of trainees, determine the most effective means of training, and use appropriate training methods and materials
• Maintain and update training materials, including slides, videos, documents, and e Learning content
• Document observations and conclusions in course evaluations
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned products and technologies

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 3+ years of instructional experience or on-the-job training in computer systems, operating systems, networking, database management and programming
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networks
• Knowledge of technical training materials and methodologies
