Tour Guide Duties:

• Provide tour and informational services for guests

Tour Guide Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly meetings to strategize ways to grow the business
• Prepare itineraries based on client interests and needs
• Plan and lead city walking tours and architectural tours of historical buildings and sites
• Lead team to market and promote tours
• Develop and implement a marketing plan
• Conduct market research to understand trends and needs
• Maintain relationships with clients and potential customers
• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
• Provide insight into sales strategies, budget, promotions, and events
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or GED
• 2+ years of experience leading tours of local points of interest
