Virtual Recruiter Job Description

Virtual recruiters use software to search websites and databases that are available to the public in order to identify and contact qualified job candidates.

Using a software tool called an applicant tracking system (ATS), virtual recruiters can scour multiple job boards, social media sites, and other online resources in order to locate and contact qualified job candidates in the 45 to 60 second range.

We’re looking for a Virtual Recruiter to help us connect with talented individuals from all over the world. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with candidates. Virtual Recruiter Duties:

• Research, evaluate, source, screen, and interview candidates
• Receive job orders from customers
• Provide customer service to candidates and customers
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain regular communication with candidates/customers
• Keep abreast of hiring-related trends and enhancements
• Develop positive team environment

Virtual Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Research and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring
• Perform all administrative duties related to applicant tracking and documentation
• Maintain candidate database and update internal recruiting tools
• Perform technical screening and prescreening
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to hiring
• Work closely with HR and Operations to provide top-quality service

Requirements And Skills:

• Proven experience with internet recruiting, sourcing, and social media
• Proven ability to list and screen candidates
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Technical knowledge
• Self-starter, team player, and decisive decision maker
