Waiter or Waitress Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverage at tables or at counters to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and/or service area
• Receipt/cash handling, final preparation, and delivery of food
• Cycle and stock beverage and/or food storage areas
• Clean tableware, glassware, and silverware
• Refill water glasses, clean placemats, and replenish supplies
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests
• Provide prompt and courteous service to the kitchen
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized

Requirements And Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in food service or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
• Knowledge of basic kitchen procedures and safety rules preferred
