Band Manager Duties:
- Set performance standards, designate duties and responsibilities, and collaborate regularly with band members

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in music or music education
- 3+ years experience in band management
- Ability to manage and motivate band members, ensuring that they practice and perform regularly
- Knowledge of musical materials and methods, and ability to interpret musical notation
- Knowledge of band programs and music curricula
