We’re looking for a Catering Coordinator to help us plan and execute amazing events! You’ll be responsible for working with our clients to understand their catering needs, then developing a plan to make their event a success. From there, you’ll coordinate with our team of chefs and servers to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. Catering Coordinator Duties:
- Provide daily catering service including set up and breakdown, food & beverage preparation, and catering events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events for conferences, meetings, and events
- Manage catering inventory, ordering food, and obtaining food vendor’s bids
- Manage catering staff to ensure catering special events are completed on time and within budget
- Assist other team members with planning catering events

Catering Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Provide clear communication to event coordinators, caterers, and clients regarding production status, menu changes, and special requests
