Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Pega applications, as well as working with our team of developers to create new features and functionality. Desktop Support Engineer Duties:
- Develop coding standards for Pega development environment
- Develop and manage Pega build, release, and deployment processes
- Develop Pega reports, and manage database development
- Manage project communication, schedule, milestones, and resources
- Perform programming and analysis, and develop new solutions for various Pega based systems
- Experience with Pega Sales Automation, Pega Marketing Automation, and Pega Customer Service
- Experience with Pega 7.1.1 and Pega CRM 7.1.1
Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop production-quality Pega applications using Pega Studio and Pega Developer by adapting Pega Core, Pega Process, Pega Rules, and Pega Platform
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for applications under test
- Provide technical and product expertise for Pega applications
- Provide technical assistance and support for application deployment issues
- Create and maintain documentation
- Proactively engage in knowledge sharing, process improvement, and use of development best practices
- Provide input and feedback to internal teams regarding improvements to Pega platform
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years programming experience
- Strong object-oriented design skills
- Knowledge of software development paradigms and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Pega, C or C++ preferred
