Medical Officer Duties:
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of medical services
- Assist physicians with patient care delivery
- Work with other providers to ensure continuity of care
- Develop and maintain effective communication with physicians, patients, and colleagues
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, billing, and record keeping
Medical Officer Responsibilities:
- Evaluate medical records and reports to determine patient’s health status, needs, and treatment, and advise physicians and other healthcare specialists
- Create and maintain patient health records
- Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide follow-up care
- Advise patients on preventative and healthy habits

- Bachelor’s degree in medicine or health sciences
- 2+ years experience in a medical practice or hospital
- Good demonstrated knowledge of clinical procedures, disease processes and appropriate use of medical technologies
