Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting network issues and providing support to our users.

Network Engineer Duties:

• Develop and test database and server systems
• Build and manage networks
• Maintain security of network systems
• Implement contingency systems
• Manage and monitor backup and recovery systems
• Provide technical guidance, advice, and support

Network Engineer Responsibilities:

• Manage a network that includes large routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and mobile networks, as well as WAN optimization devices, routers, firewalls, and switches
• Oversee network architecture and design, recommend network changes, and maintain network performance
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor network performance, including over-the-counter support
• Maintain and add equipment to the network
• Develop and implement network policies and authorizations

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years’ proven experience as a network engineer or network administrator
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• High level of technical savvy and ability to quickly identify issues
• Experience with Cisco products preferred
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP
