Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Patient Advocate to help us ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. The Patient Advocate will be responsible for communicating with patients and their families, as well as with our medical staff. The Advocate will also be responsible for researching and resolving any issues that our patients may have.

Patient Advocate Duties:

  • Work with patients and family members to understand their needs and develop an appropriate plan of care
  • Research up-to-date technologies and medical resources that can help patients
  • Track patients’ medical status and follow-up with physicians
  • Create and improve the company’s database
  • Assist in planning and implementing patient recovery programs
  • Manage patient’s experience and provide proactive care

  • 3+ years in patient advocacy or patient relations

  • Proven ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
