Patient Representative Duties
-Recommend courses of treatment to patients and counsel them regarding their treatment options
-Maintain records, schedules, and office operations
-Perform administrative functions such as scheduling and reviewing patient records

-Provide patient education and counseling
-Perform office duties such as answering telephones, filing, and greeting guests

Requirment And Skills

3+ years of professional experience in patient care or patient advocacy
-Excellent communication skills with patients, families, visitors, and staff
-Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills
-Excellent working knowledge of medical terminology
