We’re looking for a Prosthodontist to help us with our dental needs. We’re a family of four and we all have different dental needs. We’re looking for someone who can help us with everything from teeth cleanings to braces.
Prosthodontist Duties:
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
- Oversee all aspects of prosthodontics, from treatment planning and implementation to follow-up care
- Recruit and train associates
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Identify opportunities, develop, and implement plans for expansion and growth
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Prosthodontist Responsibilities:
- Doctoral degree in dentistry or prosthodontics (3+ years general dentistry and 1+ year prosthodontics)
- License to practice in the state in which employed (2 years clinical experience)
- Proven experience in a management role
