As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights to our clients. Tableau Developer Duties:

• Design and implement data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports
• Produce information for management, staff, customers, and regulatory agencies
• Envision and create frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Gather and process data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and files
• Envision and optimize data displays
• Optimize data visualization by designing, structuring, and formatting data
• Create and maintain data models, data artifacts, and metadata
• Produce data as needed by performing ad hoc queries, reports, and tables
• Develop and maintain automated data flows and data transformations
• Create dashboards and reports for management, staff, and customers
• Work with management to identify data needs, create data models, and propose data solutions
• Work with engineering staff to resolve data issues
• Develop and implement data quality assurance and quality control processes

Tableau Developer Responsibilities:

• Work within the Tableau environment to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for a variety of medium to large size projects.
• Develop efficient solutions using Tableau Desktop, Server, and Online
• Provide training and technical support to internal clients
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and system configuration
• Demonstrate advanced SQL skills through the use of Tableau
• Maintain knowledge of client systems, data, and business needs
• Develop and maintain Tableau Server and Online configurations

Requirements And Skills:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Intelligence, Business Administration
• 3+ years proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong consultative and problem solving skills
• Rapidly responsive for troubleshooting and support
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
