Job Brief:
We’re looking for a Venue Manager to oversee all aspects of our event venue. The Venue Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing all events, managing staff, and ensuring that our venue is running smoothly and efficiently.
Venue Manager Duties:
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by assisting and resolving problems, and by conducting regular meetings
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff
- Evaluate hiring needs and hire/re-hire as needed

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
- 2+ years’ proven experience in operations management of a multi-purpose event venue
- Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills
- Highly trainable in sales process
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build collaborative
